Sloan Realty Group is offering a paid, part-time, hourly, entry level sales and marketing apprenticeship opportunity that guarantees you learn key, real-world sales, marketing and client building skills with a $75,000 full time income potential upon successful completion.
Your training includes:
1. Real Estate Sales School - It's a 6 month program with six courses and live class 2x a week. You'll learn everything you need to know to do sales in businesses.
Module 1: Sales Psychology Module 2: Strategic Seduction Part 1 Module 3: Strategic Seduction Part 2 Module 4: Mastering Phone Skills Module 5: Mastering Follow Up Module 6: Mastering The Art Of Influence And Persuasion
2. Client Building Training - It's daily training where you learn to sift, sort, and identify potential customers who are both local and non-local. You will have access to leads, and lead conversion tools..
3. Classroom Hours is an all-hands on experience with live people who are potential, current, or past clients who we be working with on client events, past clients events, or potential client events.
Successful trainees will join our team as a “Junior Agent”. You'll start part-time with 18-20 hours a week at an entry level wage. We'll provide you with real time paid experience in real estate.
You'll work in our office in our office off Waccamaw Blvd. in Myrtle Beach, SC.
You must be available a few days a week from 8am-12pm or 1pm-6pm (for the apprenticeship).
